Better Breathing For Better Health With Dan Brule

“Breathing is one of those things that’s so simple, so obvious: it’s literally right under our nose and so we overlook it; it’s so simple that we underestimate it. In our search for healing and growth, the breath is often the last thing that we think about, the last thing that we turn to. But isn’t it so, that the simplest things in life turn out to be the most powerful?”

At SABusinessHub we continually seek out the tools, strategies and products that will assist entrepreneurs be more successful. For this reason we’d like to inform you of some events that Dan Brule will be doing. Dan is an international trainer, who has worked with top entrepreneurs and athletes around the world. He uses a very simple modality called Breathwork. To find out more about Dan Brule click here

Talks that Dan will be doing:

Better Breathing for Better Health

The average person breathes about 20,000 times a day. And for the most part, this breathing is completely unconscious. And so any increase in breath awareness or any improvement in breathing efficiency or capacity, quickly results in remarkable benefits. Breathing is responsible for eliminating 70% of the body’s metabolic waste (toxins). And so improving our respiratory function increases our ability to prevent, interrupt, and recover from illness and disease

Servant Leadership and Peak Performance

In business, sports and all activities, lead with the breath...let the breath move before any physical movements…or even mental movements…first allowing ourselves to be led by spirit, before we engage in any leadership activity... Those who become experts at this technique find that they can shift out of any uncomfortable or negative emotional, physical or psychological state at will. (In fact all it takes is willingness!) Become one of the “Un-stunned Leaders”.
