Better Breathing For Better Health With Dan Brule“Breathing is one of those things that’s so simple, so obvious: it’s literally right under our nose and so we overlook it; it’s so simple that we underestimate it. And for the most part, this breathing is completely unconscious. And so any increase in breath awareness or any improvement in breathing efficiency or capacity, quickly results in remarkable benefits.
