My Pledge As Tribute To Nelson Mandela

The ripple of his inspired vision and actions will continue to impact humanity for generations to come. puretimes.net

Never before has the death of one human moved the world like the passing of Nelson Mandela. To honour his legacy I pledge to pursue and contribute to his vision for South Africa and the world that we should stay free, live peaceful and prosperity for all. This morning attending a New Apostolic Church service, it was announced that our District Apostle Noel Barnes post phoned his audio visual transmission service to more than 1000 congregations for 15 December 2013 because Nelson Mandela will be buried in Qunu on that day, showing respect to this great leader. Likewise my focus during this week in celebrating the life of Nelson Mandela will be to convey news on happenings worldwide and share with the SA Business Hub community and learn from them what they will do to give effect to our shared vision with Nelson Mandela. Former president Nelson Mandela will be buried at Qunu in the Eastern Cape on 15 December 2013, following an official memorial service on 10 December at FNB stadium in Johannesburg. South African flags at all official buildings will fly at half-mast throughout this period. The public will be given ample opportunity to pay their last respects to former President Mandela. There are public venues throughout the country that will serve as memorial centres where people will be able to participate in public mourning events. Books of condolence are being circulated to all municipalities and government departments. People can also post tributes, record memories and express their emotions at the Government Facebook page. Books of condolence will also be accessible at our diplomatic missions around the world in the coming days
