Budgeting and forecasting
We are able to assist you with the preparation of a budget or forecast which could be used in your business plan or as tool to measure your businesses’ performance. The process for initialising the services is started by filling out a service request form. On receipt of the form we will contact you to gain an understanding of your exact needs before quoting you a one-off fee for the service. We will then arrange a meeting over the phone or in person to obtain the required information to develop a spreadsheet based forecasting model. The forecasting / budgeting model will be based on the information you provided to us at the meeting and you will be able to edit and adapt the excel model afterwards, to suite your changing needs. (Our typical fee for this service starts from R500.00 and does not include any accounting or tax services.)
